The library serves the 11,300 residents of the Orrville City School District The Library is exceptionally well-used and has consistently ranked among HAPLR's top ten small libraries in the nation.
One of my first caches was just feet away from this location until the bushes were cut down. This one is a little more creative, and will require extreme stealth. Parking is just a few feet away at the library lot, or street-side. Please be sure you are not seen, and re-hide the container well. Happy hunting!
