janjorjack: I have replaced the container and no one has found it since. There were two found it logs but they refer to the old container, so I am guessing they just logged it late. I drove by today and the tree it was in is deep in snow and the piece of bark it was behind was covered in snow. I am going to archive this one as it may be too tricky now to replace with the construction nearby.
