In front of you is Marina One. This is the largest marina in the Santa Barbara harbor, with about 600 slips. A large project is underway replacing the main walkway and all of the older fingers, which were built in the 1970's. Phase 1, including the main headwalk, gate and facilites was completed back in 2011, and replacements of the "fingers" will continue for another 8-10 years.
