On the east flanks of Mt Sinclair the eery remains of dead totara trees over a vast area make quite an interesting scene. They are rather photogenic and worth a closer look for interesting patterns and shapes. A good place to stop before heading on to find the Mt Sinclair cache!
The cache is a 200ml sistema container with logbook. BYOP. Please place back exactly as found where it is sheltered from the weather.
