Power ^Up - East Bound & Down Traditional Cache

Part of the beginning of the north/east branch of the Power^Up Series, a different kind of Power Trail. Have had success with the first. As always, especially for folks who have not done any in the series yet, you will understand when you get there. 

*Not on private or restricted property, please respect boundaries/property limits*

Do NOT replace caches if you did not find the original. Throw-down caches will be remove and a "found it" log deleted. Unless you found the original, a "Did Not Find" is the proper log. If you think maintenance is needed, then post as such and I will address the issue. 

This little area is neat and bet not many get back around in here. This and the adjacent cache is meant to explore a fairly wide open area. It is a mix of vistas and industry. It is really neat with a good sunset.
