For nature loving inhabitants of Skopje, mountain Vodno is the nearest and most popular place to go. You can get to “middle Vodno” (sredno Vodno) with a car or bus and from there you can either hike to the top or take the cable train. This cache is located near the top.
When hiking up we recommend taking the “pensioners path” (penzionerska pateka), it is the least steep path and has the most caches on its way up.
When reaching the top you have nice views to the north (where the city is) and the south. To reach the cache, take the dirt road towards Matka (towards west). When the road makes a turn, take the path to the right, going a bit down (Reference Point R1). This path will take you to the best panorama view over the city. It is a quiet place, not far from the top, but away from the hustle.
The cache is a plastic box with a twist cap.
