The cache filled with dog-related swag is located in the Fuquay-Varina Dog Park. The higher difficulty rating is specifically due to the high likelihood that, if you aren't super sneaky, you will be called out by one of the playing pups nearby. If you get spotted by Missy the Mugglepup, she won't stop barking, so stealth is of the essence! Go on a rainy day, during church, before dawn, or any other time that it is less likely someone has packed their doggie into the car for a playdate at the park.
