The winter months in NEPA are BRUTAL. The temperature drops (it's currently -2 degrees as I type this), roads becoming slick, car batteries dying out, breaking your back shoveling snow, you can't go out and find as many caches, etc. These things are depressing, very very depressing. This cache is here to add some cheer (and a smiley) all year round. It's right off of I-81 and it's a quick C&D. It'll take the seasoned cacher about five seconds to find it.
Cache is a micro, BYOP.
