This spot during the winter months is pretty boring, it's a hot spot for children to toboggan. However in the summer months it is quite beautiful. The Quinte Parks and Recreation team always create a beautiful flower garden on the hill in the shape and colour of the Canadian flag, along with the name "Belleville" on top. I've noticed a lull in geocaching logs in my email, which only tells me one thing... most Quackers have packed it in for the winter!
Well this cache is designed to be a quick PNG smiley, to break that slump of no finds. I hid it in -40c wind chills, fell on my rear on some slippery ice, and stood frozen the 3 minutes it took to average my coordinates, then I get home and noticed a huge cut on my stomach, where the hell did that come from?
Anyway, have fun, be safe, and bundle up!
