This cache placed in special honor of our area's youngest cacher, Bowen Respass (class of 2032) and his dog Bree (named after cheese). Cache is in an obvious location.
Welcome to the Goose Creek State Park GeoCache Trail.
Most, but not all, containers are 35 mm or bison tubes. Some are camo.
No bikes permitted on trails.
Bring your GPS for best results. Smart Phones may be a challenge.
DO NOT HIDE any caches without first going through the NC State Parks special permit process (and fees).
**Parking available near all trail heads. You do not have to hike the entire park to reach each cache. Paper maps are available at the Education Center and at kiosks throughout the park.
Park Hours:
November - February 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
March - May, September & October 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
June - August 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Closed Christmas Day
***All cache coordinates are on file with the park office. Application and permit are on file at the GCSP Education Center office.
