This cache will take you to a spot where it is often a quieter area for a picnic as campers tend to leave this area for the day visitors. Take advantage of the bbqs, tables and seating that are provided at the start of the trail. Then take the walk along the river track down to the next major picnic area. There are great views of the river along the way. You could head to the next cache in this short series - Barnyard Animals 3.
The cache will take you near to a steep cliff drop. Please take care and watch your step. Have a look for the possum in the tree on the river side of the track - it is often in its hidey hole during the day - please do not disturb it.
There is no room for swaps and please bring your own pen. Note, dogs are not permitted within the area.
