I was walking down the street when I saw a crumpled piece of paper on the ground. To my surprise, I think it was the coordinates to a cache!
The weird thing was that there was only one actual number written on it, and a bunch of arrows and = signs. I don't know, this looks too confusing... maybe you can figure it out?
