Building Blocks Mystery Cache

This Cache's original host has gone missing...  in a "The City Has Decided" sory of way...  so for the moment, we've found a new willing host...  and while I will try to work out new math for the solve equation...  for the moment, the replacment cache, new final can be found by taking the solved coordinates and adjusting by   (N: PLUS .009, W: PLUS .008).  moving just a little North and a little West.
