The Grover School, located in Buffalo River Settlement, Moland Township, Clay County, Minnesota. With a houseful of school-aged children, Tarje Grover built the "Grover School" where the children in the Southern area of the settlement received their educations. He donated the materials and labor for the building and a number of family members served as school teachers at various times over the next 20 years! The school remained open until 1935. The building is not used for anything except as a historical reminder of the school that once existed here. Portions of the building information is used with the permission of the Tarje Grover Family Website
