In the heart of the tree. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Vertighost: Cache owner (CO) has not responded and, as there's been no cache to find for an extended period of time, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Please note that caches that have been archived due to maintenance issues or lack of cache owner communication are not eligible to be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This cache should be an easy find. it is located within the boundries of Cabler Park. This is one of my kids' favorite parks due to the many shade trees and the fact that this park is hidden away from all the major streets in Brownsville.

There is parking located near the cache site. I have always enjoyed the shade trees and the overall atmosphere of this park. when thinking of a place to hide my first geocache, i remembered how much fun my kids had looking for easter eggs at cabler park and decided that this would be a fun place to hide a cache. the cache container is a long metal cookie tube wrapped in camo-duct tape.
