The Trefforest Trekker
A journey which takes you through a pleasant 3 mile walk over the hills above Trefforest, over to Church Village, Tonteg and back. Expect some great views across the valleys as you endeavor to tackle a selection of interesting Geocaches!
Location:
Ground zero is along a public footpath which is muddy in places. In the summer the hills are covered in beautiful blue bells and in winter the trees look fantastic. Path can be either dry, muddy in places or muddy. In winter it is muddy!
Cache details:
Cache is a modified micro, disguised to fit in with it's surroundings.
Please replace the cache as found. There is no pen/cil in this cache so please bring your own. Log book is waterproof paper. Be careful of the wire.
Directions:
Approaching anticlockwise: Walk up from 'Rock It' along the footpath.
Approaching clockwise: Follow the footpath down the hill from 'Berthlwyd Gate'.
