Lodi TB Hotel Traditional Cache

This cache is located right next to small neighborhood park, and is on the same side of the tracks that the park is. You should be able to park on the side of the street, and take a short walk to the cache. It is winter accessible. May require stealth if there is little muggles on the playground. There is a hint provided if needed. Please return cache as found, to make the next person work just as hard.
