Geocache Description:

Hello travellers! You are heading a micro container, located really close to the mosque of the Castle of Corinth. If you find this cache, you will enjoy one of the most beauty views from Corinth, so you can't lose it!

A pencil & a logbook is provided inside the cache. Please write your name and put it back to the place where it was.

Acrocorinth (Ακροκόρινθος), "Upper Corinth", the acopolis of ancient Corinth, is a monolithic rock overseeing the ancient city of Corinth, Acrocorinth was continuously occupied from archaic times to the early 19th century.

Currently, Acrocorinth is one of the most important medieval castle sites of Greece.

Additional hint: Check between the stones you will find in the wall, remove some stones and you will find the container. It's inside a hole.

Important note:

  1. Maybe the coordinates won't be really precise. Please, if you find the cache write down the right coordinates in order to change them.
  2. To find the cache you must go inside the castle, and the castle has a time-table. This time-table changes depending of the season. In winter it's open from 10:00 til 17:00, but it changes frequently. I recommend you to go between 11:00 - 16:00h in order to find it open.
