Trash In Cache Out Rebirthed Traditional Cache

SacCommish had a wonderful cache called "Trash in Cache Out" at this location for several years. We found it in early Oct and it was in bad shape. We noted the condition and SacCommish archived it. We were really bummed as it was a great location for a cache and would have happily helped them maintain it! Either way, we decided, in his honor of course, to replace the cache and publish it again. Please watch out as the shoulder is not super wide and garbage trucks as well as trucks hauling trailers to the dump tend to fly down this road
