Once upon a time a little black puppy lived in this field amongst the cows and grew up a little wild with them. Until one day a sweet little old lady came along and slowly kept bringing him buckets of water and food out into the field until he grew to trust her. From there he contiued to live near by still able to play in the field with his cow friends but had the loving comfort of a home! Though Simon in no longer here in body I am certain his spirit still plays in these fields!
There is also a wonderful bed and breakfast up on the hill that is run by some very nice people. If your in town for the night you may want to look into staying there!
This is a plastic container with the four locking tabs! Inside we started it with 3 marbles (one big one with a smiley- if your first to find you earned it!), a dragonfly braclet, a glass leaf necklace made from hemp, an antenna, a random foot from a chair (that does actually have a back story-it's been around the world) and of course a log and pen!
