ThunderEggs: It has come to my attention that this cache requires crossing the wooden fence which is not consistent either with the signs posted in the park or the Portland Parks and Recreation requirements. As such, I am archiving the cache. Should the cache owner be able to demonstrate that the cache does comply with the signs and the Portland Parks and Recreation requirements in the next couple of weeks, it may be possible to unarchive the cache.
