the cache IS at the co-ords given
it is along the El Rio Trail for biking and walking, and right beside the trail, but the terrain is higher because of what you have to do:
this is a "field puzzle" cache so you have to work out what to do when you get there but its not too difficult as long as you take the right piece of 'equipment' with you. even if you don't, you may well find a bit of trash nearby that will help you, and it will help with a bit of CITO if you take it away with you!
cache is a micro and too small for swaps, so BYO pen... and a bottle
