Located in Carrollton Nike Park. CACHE IS NOT AT THESE COORDINATES!!  These coords will take you to a spot where you will be able to retrieve the correct coords for the cache hiding out nearby. Cache is a small camo box. BYOP. For the uninitiated, you might need to try some googling.
