You are looking for a pill bottle hidden in a very traditional way.

I drove by here on my way to do maintenance on one of my caches this morning and this odd little guardrail with it's graffiti caught my eye.

If you go and visit my other cache in the area Yep, That's a Muffler Man you will see the Eagles old roost. (or at least their high school.)
