UPDATE: May 24, 2021. I repaired the container. To open it just pull down and then swing it open. NO FORCE IS NECESSARY! To close swing it shut and slide it up. Please use stealth!

Extreme stealth could be required, and you may have to time the traffic signal. The container is a little tricky to get open, so be patient and persistant. Please be sure to close it completely.
Terrain is level, but there is a step up that would make it difficult to maneuver a wheel chair up to the cache.
Please make sure the container is completely closed and latched. You have to slide the door upwards and then latch it. Otherwise it will not stay closed.
