This cache is best accessed from Blackmans Point Road. Then turn off onto an unsealed forest track.
We were placing caches along this track when we came across this lone pine. We were wondering how could this be here growing amongst the Coastal Blackbutt & other hardwood species. Stopped for a closer inspection & realised this is no ordinary tree but a once loved special tree.
We have placed a cache here to bring attention to it.
The cache is micro so a special tool may be needed to retrieve the log. Log book only so BYO pencil
