This cache requires you to follow verbal instructions - so some men will have difficulty in finding the cache and may pretend that the D-rating is 5! 
In order to find the cache, please proceed as follows:
Download an audio zipfile from here (7.5 MB) and extract the audio files, then save to a device that can play MP4 or MP3 audio. Most smartphones will be able to do this, and many other hand-held audio players will also be capable of playing the files. (The archive contains identical .mp3 and .m4a versions.)
