Island of Lost Soles Traditional Cache

The nearby traffic island is always littered with a variety of shoes. Why? Who knows? As such, it has come to be known by locals as "Shoe Island." You may find an old shoe or two, but you won't find the cache here... You'll have to check the pulloff across the street for that!
A quick and (easy?) park and grab, you are searching for a small, magnetic container hidden (pretty much) in plain sight. BYOP!
