cache is alongside a public sidewalk which comes from nowhere and goes to nowhere, probably a leftover from all the development around it. Looks like its behind gated communities and private property, but the sidewalk is public. the mystery is just a matter of finding how to get on it, there is no need to go through any of the gated communities, and do not attempt to jump the tri-rail which runs close by....
shouldn't need stealth, but surprisingly this zero path is used by a few dogwalkers and rollerbladers
