4:3 is a good cache that deserves a little TIME and attention. There will be a lot of traffic. High energy type "muggles". Hopefully between your choice of parking and the cache location 16'9" will be about as far as your need to walk to the cache pending your style of transportation. Coordinates should get you to the 4' range sometime.
