This cache is placed in memory of Harriet the Hamster, a cheerful little rodent, which brought much joy to our family. Harriet loved nothing more than climbing UP her little ladder and hiding DEEP in her hideaway, which was stuffed full of sawdust.
On day we were out walking we spotted a natural little hide, which immediately made us think of Harriet. So we decided to place a small cache in the hide, a snug little fit, which we are sure Harriet would have found just perfect.
Depending on your approach, the parking waypoint (free parking in Knowle Park - for further details see: www.fairoak-pc.gov.uk/Knowle_Park_Update.aspx) may be worth keeping in mind
If you are not familiar with the area, the biggest challenge might be to find a way to the cache. Have fun navigating your way to GZ. Note that the ground in this part of Hampshire is buggy and muddy on even the best of days, so don't forget your boots.
You are looking for a small plastic container, which contains a logbook only, but which does have space for travel bugs and small swappable items.
Please be careful to secure the cache firmly inside the hide after having signed the logbook.
