Flood-proof x2 Traditional Cache

This cache is in Arnold Park. I put it out then decided to move it.  In the mean time it's location survived 2 floods. Arnold Park is nice and flat to bike. The cache is placed off an old road from when this area had many houses.  You should be able to bike within 50-100' of the cache. This area is prone to flooding and during the summer it has lots of mosquitos and other sorts of river-area wildlife. Happy caching.

You will have to walk or bike from the middle of Arnold Park, but the way to the cache is flat, paved and will only require a minimal amount of off trail walking.
