I have had requests to place more caches near the decorated traffic signal boxes around town. I have also gotten messages from cachers feeling intimidated by these hides. Yes, they are placed in very high muggle areas. (Makes sense why a traffic light is needed at the intersection!) I understand the dilemma. It can be awkward searching in these areas. And some of the hides are a bit difficult. But even more of a test would be to ignore that unfound cache staring at you from the Geocaching map!!
This is another very cool box. It reflects the cycle of life. Visually symbolizing the light & the dark, the dichotomy between white & black, the beginning & end. Be sure to take the time to appreciate the talent of yet another local artist.
So my challenge is to make each hide different, fun and to blend in such a way as to not go missing in these busy areas. And continuing to place caches that create the yin-yang concept, if you will, into baiting cachers to continue the search in the quest of earning that coveted smiley on the map.
Congrats to MTFireFlyer for FTF!
