π (pi), this small but significant number that tells the ratio between an circle's circumference and its diameter. What would we do without it?
Well, we would probably do just fine. But now it exists so we better make the best out of pi.
The first time pi got its own official celebration was in 1988 at the San Francisco Exploratorium. Now 26 years later the celebration has reach the other side of the globe and landed at stora Embarsboda in Rävsta nature reserve.
Here we will celebrate pi with, guess what? Yes that's right, eating pie of course.
Now the guidelines prohibit me from making it mandatory to bring an pie. So let's say that bringing a pie is highly appreciated.
Other acceptable food this day may be pineapple, pizza, pine nuts and to drink piña coladas or pineapple juice.
Please mention in your "will attend"-log if you are bringing an pie, and what kind if so.
