The second lost pub in the series. You can park nearby at stone bridge pond and walk back or just enjoy a gentle amble around the town.
The eagle pub was thought to only be open for around 20 years and opening in 1855 and closed to become a shop by 1877, the premises remained a shop till 1985 and is now a private residence.
Again this is a busy spot at times so stealth required.
