This cache has been archived.

TeamBMZ (bmzdaddy): This one keeps disappearing. I think a woodland friend has claimed the hole as a home. I have something else is mind.

Thanks to all who claim searching...until next time....

Geocache Description:

Hidden off the trail surrounding Creve Coeur Lake.  During the fall and winter there is a great view of the lake.  At the time we hide the cache the lake was still froze over.

The cache is hidden up the hill so no worries about flooding on this one. Use caution if you are not familiar with climbing steep hills. The ravine tends to freeze up during the winter months, and the bottom can be quite muddy at times. Lots of leaves on the ground to assist with making this one slippery slope. The cache is a new container type I am trying out. Please open from the top. To close the cache just squeeze the top slightly to create a light vacuum. Please do not squeeze too hard as the next cacher may have trouble getting the lid off. Please let me know if there is any moisture in the cache or if the container is wearing out. This is the first container of this type I am trying so I do not know how it will hold up long term. Please be sure to hide the cache back exactly as you find it, and if you can push the leaves back in place so the spot isn’t completely obvious. The hidey hole is a typical spot, but there are lots of spots to choose from. Happy Hunting.

Congrats to buffettmo on your first FTF!
