FIZZY SEVEN CHALLENGE Mystery Cache

So far the State of Iowa offers challenge caches for Fizzys X's 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 and 13.  I thought we should fill in the gap so here you go:

Come get your smiley if you have filled every D/T square on your Difficulty/Terrain Grid at least 7 times!

Please show your proof of qualification by posting a screenshot of your D/T Grid or reference your geocaching.com public profile stat page displaying your D/T Grid in your online log.  Any found it logs without proof of qualification will be deleted!
