The Village of Ridgefield Park in Bergen County is one of four (4) villages remaining (in name) of the (566) municipalities in New Jersey. It is a peninsula of sorts bounded within the waters of Hackensack River and Overpeck Creek.
Ridgefield Park has I-95, I-80, & 46 passing through its boundaries. The Fourth of July parade in the village is said to be one of the oldest continuously operating in the nation.
