mystery tree Traditional Cache

The Mystery Tree has many legends and storys, to some its beleived to be the meeting place of the tree fairys, others say its a tree of prayer, some say its a wishing tree, in fact its all the above and part of a local social art project.
The "mystery tree" was set up in 2013 as a social art project, the project encourages visitors to add ribbons and strings to the tree.

This cache is placed with full permission of torbay coast and countryside trust, torbay social art group and torbay council.
Since the project started in 2013 this tree has seen wedding proposals, celebrations of a birth, birthdays and even remembrance of those who have passed. We are so pleased that this tree has become so much to so many and we hope it becomes something special to you too. This is perfect for children and when you're out walking the dog.
