General Blue
Is a high ranking member of the Red Ribbon Army. He has been ordered to find the Dragon Balls. He is very ruthless in his ways and follows his orders to a tee. He is very orderly and extremely neat and fussy about tiny little details and personal appearance. A slight crease in a handkerchief or a slightly bent tie will really set him off. Once he killed one of his officers for haved a bit of snot hanging out of his nose. General Blue is also a trained fighter and killer and has a special twinkle eyes hypnotic technique that can paralyze people.
For this cache, General Blue has been patrolling a nice walk way with a nice view of the Naha Harbour. He has found a piece of the puzzle to find a Dragon Ball. You must find him there and beat him into a coma to get the piece off him. He is very strong and tricky so be prepared for a good fight.
To get the most enjoyment out of this cache I recommend you park somewhere near the first stage and walk to the other stages. It is a very pleasant walk. The first stage is found overlooking the harbour. While you are there please push a button (you can't miss it) and listen to some Okinawan Music while you search for the first stage. The second stage is on the path, (you don't need to leave the path at all). But for the final stage you will need to leave the path and search in down in some rocks. Final is very tricky.
