While hunting for this one you might want to give a listen to 80s powerhouse band Duran Duran's I Don't Want Your Love arguably one of their best songs ever. (There is a connection between the song and the cache although it is pretty far-fetched.)

Some background information about St. Leonard from Wikipedia: “St. Leonard is a census-designated place in Calvert County, MD; this means that the area is delineated by the U.S. Census Bureau solely to provide data for a settled concentration of population, but the area is not legally incorporated or does it have a separate municipal government. The population was officially 536 in 2000, but residents in the surrounding areas use the St. Leonard zip code making it a far larger community. It contains a large antique dealer complex and the opening scene of the 1993 Clint Eastwood film In the Line of Fire was filmed at the Flag Harbor Marina (pictured in the background image). St. Leonard has a small, central business district with several small shops, a gas station, and an independent grocery store. The volunteer fire department has hosted several high profile musical acts including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alan Jackson, and Hootie and the Blowfish (they have yet to host Duran Duran) at an outdoor pavilion adjacent to the fire department.”

At the posted coordinates you find a large sign with 2 lines of text on it. Using the information found on this sign, calculate the location of Stage 2.
Stage 2:
N38° 28.A A B'
W076° 30.C C B'
A = total # of words on the sign
B = total # of 'O's on the sign
C = # of letters in the 2nd word
Checksum: 2A + 2B + 2C = 24
There is a bison tube at Stage 2 with coordinates to the final container. You can park near to Stage 1 and visit all 3 stages by foot, but there is parking practically on top of Stage 2.
And at the final stage, you will find a small (sandwich sized) camouflaged container with logbook (handmade by cacher VinceHayter), pen, and small trade items (please trade even or up).
