The cache itself is in an experimental urban cache container to prevent it from being muggled.
You will need to make sure you use stealth when retreiving the cache as it is situated close to a main road where muggles in cars will be watching.
I have placed the cache away from the level crossing and it is not on the level crossing itself
You are looking for something a little different. The cache container has enough room in it for some small trackables. When searching for the cache please use stealth and replace as found!. This cache can be retrieved as a cache and dash as there is parking very close to ground zero!
