Hamelin's Hero Traditional Cache

A cache to celebrate the bays links with its twin town of Hamelin in Germany.
Hamelin is obviously famous for the tale of it's 'Pied Piper' who was employed to rid the town of it's ever growing rat population, leading them away with his merry tune he returned to collect his reward and was promptly told by the citizens that they were not going to pay him. So in retaliation he returned and using his magic pipe led all of their children away as a punishment instead.
