Summary: In Moonraker, Chang puts Bond in a memorable predicament when he accelerates the speed at which Bond circles in the velocity machine.

Most of the time these roads are in good shape, easily travelable by cars and small trucks. No 4 X 4 needed. But during the rains they can get quite messy. Please use your own discretion. However, during placement of these caches (right after a rainy day) we were passed by two cars and a mini van...
