Now that we have that out of the way, let's talk about the cache.
This cache explores a part of road construction, bedrock mining, and excavating that is often overlooked: Blasting!

Signs like this used to be more common than they are today. Road construction often involves making cuts through bedrock and a common way of breaking and dislodging the bedrock is to drill a hole in it, then load it with a charge, and blast it to pieces. Here is a drill in action.
In this image, the vertical lines are the drill holes used to both weaken the rock and hold the charge for blasting.
For this cache, make your way to the posted coordinates where you will find a sign for the Trail.
Use the top sign. Count the words in the first row of words under the hikers and the bicyclist and add that number to these north coordinates. N 38° 56.161
Count the words beside the first bullet and add that number to these west coordinates: W 94° 36.696
There is no trick to this. I simply want you to get on the path at a safe spot!
Now, it's off to the cache! When you near GZ, you'll find that the last few feet require a short but difficult climb over very rough terrain. The climb is not suitable for young children. Please make good judgments, be very careful, use both hands, and go slowly.
