Went out to E Sooke Park to get the cache Creyke Point. No matter how many times, we have gone, we can not seem to find it. Solo888 had a sore back so we walked slowly. The first step I made to walk up the hill, I was in excruciating pain. The gardener and a tourist were recruited to help me get back to Solo888 s car.
Once back at the picnic table, I rode in the dump truck (I mean the landscaping truck) back to the parking lot and on to the Dr. Thanks to all for your help I would never have tthought I would be half carried and put in a landscaping truck so that I could look after my health.
