Geocache Description:

Moved about 4 foot to the left of the original coordinates, due to the first cache being stolen AGAIN. Coords haven't been changed though, due to trees overhead, which may throw your GPS into a tantrum. Take your own pen from now on. There is a log-sheet, but only very small items can be stored in this cache. The HINT has changed.

Sydney Brook runs through our town and this place. Much of it has been culverted under the roadways in the town centre in modern times, but you can see it in two of our parks, in part of The Greenway and even along the Bedford Road in parts. This is a place for the family or dog walker to enjoy, but also near to town and facilities. You may need something to grab with, in order to retrieve, unless you have better dexterity than me. No need to be a Bear Grylls though, as one cacher suggests. You may need a blade to open the cache if you have weak hands like me. Sorry that the cache keeps disappearing folk, it seems to be one of the problems of this town, especially in school holidays! Would geoparents please ensure that their geokids don't inform friends of caches whereabouts - many thanks! Please also be very aware of play spaces nearby. (I read that one geocacher said they were being watched, whilst they were retrieving one of my caches - this is just NOT ON and you should never retrieve anyone's cache if you are being watched, even if you've travelled some distance). Thanks again to those of you who are very thoughtful and play the game properly! The hint makes sense when you understand where GZ is. Good luck with your caching and for looking for my caches - I don't do much geocaching myself these days, but I do like to give other people the pleasure of looking. It's just as frustrating for me, as it is for you, when caches go walkies! CO
