Wagners Pond is located within the 3,520-acre Swatara State Park that consists of rollings fields and woodlands situated in the Swatara Valley between Second and Blue Mountains. Swatara Creek is a popular destination for canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and trout fishing. The Swatara Rail Trail can be explored from Lickdale to I-81 Pine Grove Interchange. Park hours are dawn to dusk. Hunting is allowed so wear orange during the season. Abide by park rules and regulations.
Cache is a short walk from parking coordinates. This is a kid-friendly cache containing a log book and swag. A little bushwacking is required.
