10 Essentials Traditional Cache

This is fun cache placed in the middle of the City of Winston Salem but you wouldn't know it when you got there. This is one of those peaceful outdoor spots that help you forget you are in the middle of the city let alone less than a mile from a major highway. Because of this I recommend bringing the 10 essentials to make it feel more like a realistic outdoor get away. 

According to "Mountaineering: The Freedom of the Hills"^[5]  8th edition, the 10 essentials are listed below.  This cache will take you on a short walk from your car. On your way you will see animal signs of deer, raccoons and if you are lucky some fish. In the outdoors you never know when you are going to need of one of these essentials. As the scout motto says “Be Prepared!”. This is North Carolina and winter or summer it is always a good idea to bring water with you on a trek like this. Also with an extra set of eyes a buddy will be able to help spot this one easier but is not required. Bring your own pen.
