I placed this for those cachers who cannot physically get out onto the trails to find the nearby caches placed in the woods around Carver Pond. Though I have the terrain listed at 1.5 right now, I plan on dropping it down to 1 this Spring after the snowbank has melted thus making the cache handicap accessible. As this cache is right on Summer Street, please be careful and stealthy as possible in retrieving and replacing it.
